Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (or MYR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payment can be made securely using major credit/debit cards or PayPal.
No payment will be charged until your order is shipped.


Shipping & Delivery

We deliver worldwide, including Malaysia.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping option.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

If you experience a defect, please contact suppot@cleanbags.org with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

How to Request a Refund

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Return the item in its original packaging and condition.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for your purchase.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective, or

  • The wrong item was received

If that happens, we’ll cover the return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged items cannot be returned unless they were faulty upon arrival.
